Easy Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want — simply return your item and place a new order for the right size or style. We'll process your return as soon as we receive it.
30-Day Returns You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. To start, email us at prynceclothing@gmail.com with your order number.
Damaged or Wrong Item? Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect — contact us immediately and we'll make it right, no questions asked.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
A Few Exceptions
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale
- Items must be in original condition — worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be accepted
- Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable
EU Customers You have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
