Orders & Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. From Montreal to Kigali to wherever you're hunting from — PRYNCE ships internationally. Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?
Canada: 2–6 business days. United States: 4–8 business days. International (UK, Europe, Africa & rest of world): 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are collected by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility unless duties are shown as included at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also log into your account anytime to check status.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely — we never sell or share your information.

What currency will I be charged in?
Prices display in your local currency where supported (CAD, USD, GBP and more). Your card is charged in the currency shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Start a return by emailing prynceclothing@gmail.com with your order number. Depending on the reason, return shipping may be your responsibility.

How do exchanges work?
Fastest way: place a new order for the piece you want, then return the original within 30 days for a refund. That way your size never sells out while you wait.

I received a defective or wrong item.
Email us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right immediately, replacement shipped at no cost to you.

Product & Sizing

How do your pieces fit?
Most PRYNCE pieces run true to size with a relaxed streetwear cut. Hoodies and sets are designed slightly oversized — size down for a fitted look. Each product page lists model height and the size they're wearing.

How do I care for my gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Hang dry to protect prints and embroidery. These pieces are built to outlast the grind — treat them right and they'll return the favor.

What does "Hunt or Starve" mean?
It's the creed this brand was built on: you wake up and you hunt, or you watch everything starve. Born from an immigrant story that started in Rwanda and continues in Montreal. Read the full story on our Our Story page.

Is it true 5% goes to lion conservation?
Yes. 5% of every purchase funds lion conservation in the wild — because the pride protects its own.

What is PRYNCE AFRICA?
Our homecoming collection — limited pieces designed in Montreal and rooted in Kigali, made for the diaspora and the continent.
